Numart turns a photo into a paint-by-numbers kit: a numbered sheet, a colour guide and a list of paints, as one PDF. These terms apply whenever you use it. By using Numart you agree to them; if you do not, please do not use it.

Who we are

Numart is run by a private individual. You can reach us at hello@numart.app.

Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep your account to yourself. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.

Free sheets

Every account gets a free allowance of sheets, currently ten a week, counted from your first sheet. The allowance is there so the servers stay available to everyone. Unused sheets do not carry over. We may change the allowance; the current one is always shown on the site.

Your photos

• Upload only photos you have the right to use: your own, ones you have permission for, or ones in the public domain.
• Do not upload anything illegal, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or pictures of people who would not agree to it.
• We use a photo only to make your sheet and do not keep it. To re-render the same photo quickly with other settings, we keep a traced description of it (outlines, regions and palette, not the photo itself) for up to two hours. The privacy policy has the details.
• We claim no rights to your photos.

Your sheets

The sheets you make are yours. We claim no copyright or other rights in them, and you may use them for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial, including selling kits made from them. Whether you may do so depends on the rights in the photo a sheet is made from, and that is your responsibility. The Numart name, logo and website remain ours.

Fair use

Do not try to get around the free allowance, overload or attack the service, or access it by automated means other than the website. Do not resell access to Numart itself.

What we can promise

We work to keep Numart available and its sheets accurate, but it is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will always work, be free of errors, or give a particular result. Sheets are made by automated processing, which can misjudge a photo. Colours on screen, in print and in paint differ; paint names are a guide, not a match to any brand. Check a sheet before you print, paint or sell it.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss arising from how you use your sheets, including commercial use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or under mandatory consumer protection or product liability law. If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights your local law gives you.

Changes and ending

We may change or stop Numart, or change these terms. If the terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top; using Numart after that means you accept the new terms. You can stop using Numart at any time and ask us to delete your account, as described in the privacy policy.
